The courtesy waiting time for airport arrivals will be 60 minutes from the actual landing time. For all other transfers, it will be 15 minutes, from these periods will be billed for overtime.
The cancellation policy for transfers and car rentals is as follows (1 or 2 vehicles):
– 4 to 2 days before the service: 20% charge
– 47 to 24 hours before the service: 50% charge
– 24 hours before the service: 100% charge
Schedule changes made with less than 48 hours' notice for unjustified reasons (flight cancellations, medical reasons, or force majeure) will be considered a cancellation if it is not possible to reschedule the service.
The cancellation policy for hourly services is as follows (1 or 2 vehicles):
– 4 days before the service: 100% charge
– Services booked for more than 2 vehicles may be subject to special conditions that affect some or all steps of the booking process, modifying the standard cancellation policy; the minimum period for free cancellation is 30 days.
