The courtesy waiting time for airport arrivals will be 60 minutes from the actual landing time. For all other transfers, it will be 15 minutes, from these periods will be billed for overtime.
The cancellation policy for transfers is as follows:
- From 4 to 2 days prior to service: 20% charge
- From 47 to 24 hours prior to service: 50% charge
- 24 hours prior to service: 100% charge
Schedule changes less than 48 hours before the service due to unjustified causes (flight cancellations, medical or force majeure causes) if it is not possible to reschedule the service will be considered as cancellation of the service.
The cancellation policy for services available on an hourly basis is as follows:
- 4 days prior to service: 100% charge
- Services booked for more than 2 vehicles may have special contracting conditions that may affect some or all steps of the contracting process, modifying the standard cancellation policy.
