Free cancellation if communicated more than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
100% of the cost will be applied if communicated less than 24 hours in advance.
This cancellation policy may be affected in the following cases:
A. During special events in the Island which affect general demand.
B. In our services for Meetings & Events where there is a high volume of passengers.
EXPERIENCES,WEDDINGS,EVENTS & RENT A CAR
Events,weddings,incentives or special bookings:
1.- The client may request a change of date for the event.
2.- The service provider will deliver a voucher in favor of the client, so that within a period of no more than 60 days, notify the change of date for the celebration of the event, to which the voucher will be applied.
In the case of reservations of unique models,classic cars and high-demand cars, LimoMallorca reserves the right not to refund 50% of the deposit for reservations lost due to the blocking of a date.
Those services whose reservations involve more than 2 vehicles may involve special contracting conditions that may affect some or all steps of the contracting process.
The above policy will be applied to all reservations and information requested by the means of contact specified on this website.
